Dozens of inmates relocated after bed bugs found at Bexar County Jail KSAT San Antonio SAN ANTONIO - Dozens of inmates at the Bexar County Jail were relocated after jail officials discovered 30 bed bugs. According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, 64 inmates were removed from the jail annex as a precaution after the bed bugs were found.
